Liz Seal Holistic Massage
The skin is an amazing organ, and the skin on the face is especially delicate, our skin needs to be nourished and protected to maintain the 'youthful glow' which we all desire!
Natural alternatives to those expensive and possibly chemical heavy products for which we pay the earth are available, providing a safe and luxurious way to pamper our skin. Organic coconut oil or coconut butter (which is solid at room temperature, but melts readily on the skin) can be blended with vitamin-rich, skin loving oils, like evening primrose, rosehip and sweet almond.Adding tiny amounts of essential oils will add rejuvenating and soothing properties. Rosa damascena and Lavandula angustifolia are anti-inflammatory and regenerative, while Helichrysum angustifolia and Chamaelum nobile are anti-allergic and calming for problem and allergy prone skin.
Correct dilution of essential oils must be observed, please consult a clinical aromatherapist, or purchase from a reputable supplier only.
